The new reborn Fox Air USA will be opened on Saturday the 2nd of March 2002. Mean while you can check out Fox Air USA's website here. Be warned that the site isn't fully complete.

01 February 2002

The future of the three US airlines that we bought from World International Holdings (Air Jet US, PDXpress and USA World) has been decided. The three airlines will be merged together to form a new airline. The new airline will be the reborn Fox Air USA.

08 January 2002

The timetables have been devised for the services to Atlanta, Cincinnati and Detroit. The Atlanta service will begin on Monday 1st February 2002 and the Cincinnati and Detroit services will begin on Monday 11th February 2002. The timetables for the New Orleans and Bangor services have not been finalised yet, but they're services are due to start mid-March.

07 January 2002

Five new destinations have been decided for the new A319's for when they come in to service. The new destinations are Atlanta, Bangor (Maine), Cincinnati, Detroit and New Orleans. The first new A319 will start flying to Atlanta on the 1st of February 2002. Another two A319's will be delivered mid-February and the last two mid-March. The timetable for the Atlanta route will be available soon. The other timetables should be released some time in late January. We are also looking into a sixth new destination.

06 January 2002

The five Airbus A319's that are on order will be delivered soon, the first will start flying on the 1st of February 2002. New flights are being devised for the new aircraft. More information on the new flights will be list as soon as possible.

01 January 2002

Happy New Year. We have bought three airlines from World International Holdings who own several airlines in the Moonshine Alliance. The three airlines that will be taken over are all in the United States, they are USA World, Air Jet USA and PDXpress. USA World has hubs in Chicago O'Hare and San Francisco, Air Jet USA has its hub in Chicago O'Hare and PDXpress is based in Portland, OR. PDXpress will be taken over on the 2nd March 2002.

24 December 2001

Thanks to Arizona Pacific Airways (also a member of the Moonshine Alliance) who have loaned us five 737-500's to replaced the 737-200's while they are being repainted. The 737-500's will start service on the 28th of December until the 22nd of January 2002. The 737-200's will resume service on the 23rd of January. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

15 December 2001

Fleet news: the 737-700's will become a permanent feature of the Fox Air Shuttle fleet. The 737-200's will be repainted into the Fox Air Shuttle livery from the old Fox Air USA colours. The ERJ order has been cancelled. Timetable news: There will be no flights on 24th (after 20:00, except returning flights to LGA), 25th and 31st of December. No flights on the 1st of January. Between the 28th of December and the 22nd of January all flights using the 737-200 is cancelled to allow the 737-200's to be repainted. Replacement services are being looked at. 

02 December 2001

The Moonshine Alliance is closed temporarily and will be opening again in the New Year. Seven ERJ 145's have been ordered to replace the 737-700's. The ERJ's will be delivered in January next year. The 737-200's will be replaced by Airbus A318's sometime late next year. The A300-600's are now back in service.

The Boeing 737-200's will be phased out by 2003. They will be replaced by newer aircraft.

12 November 2001

Due to the terrible accident in Queens, New York the A300-600's of FAS have been grounded until the cause of the accident has been determined.

A report/investigation into the future of Fox Air Shuttle is beginning. The report will look into the options of FAS for the future. It will make recommendations for possible new hubs, fleet additions and a few other issues. The report will be available soon as possible.

30 August 2001

26 August 2001

Fox Air Shuttle are to lease two Boeing 737-500's from SALF. The aircraft will fly between Denver and Aspen/Pitkin as a connection for SKYlines from 01 November 2001 to 01 February 2002. The aircraft will be returned to SALF after that service. More information soon.

26 August 2001

Fox Air Shuttle has floated on the VA Stock Market, our stock symbol is 'FOX'.

Operations will begin on Monday 17 September.

05 August 2001

Fox Air Shuttle taken over from Fox Air by SKYlines. The deal includes all aircraft and traffic.

Six Boeing 737-700's are to be leased from SALF.
